What you need:
1 large bowl of kale
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
Directions:
~ Tear
 the kale into bite size pieces.
~ Toss the oil in with the kale, then toss
 it all together with the salt. 
~ Spread evenly on a baking sheet (I very
 lightly spray the sheet first). 
~ Bake at 350ยบ for 8 minutes. Super easy and super healthy! 
**For an even healthier version, use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
